Added mergeSort algorithm

We already have Merge Sort: https://github.com/TheAlgorithms/JavaScript/blob/master/Sorts/MergeSort.js

Please merge your implementation with the existing one (or at least argue why your implementation deserves to stand on its own).

Also missing tests currently.
