[FEATURE REQUEST] : Add Search a 2D Matrix in src/main/java/com/thealgorithms/matrix.

The directory "src/main/java/com/thealgorithms/matrix" does not have the java program for search a 2D matrix question. This question actually has two variations and also available in leetcode platform.So adding these question would be helpful.
