Translations (volunteers needed!)

Once the content stabilizes a bit, we might want to translate the content into other languages. I could do German for starters.

I suppose since most of the content is text, the easiest approach would be to just have copies of the notebook for other languages. Makes it a little harder to keep track of updates, though. I suppose we'd need volunteers which update the translations for every change.
