More control over "Shuffle rupees and hearts"
I've been playing a randomizer with the new "shuffle rupees and hearts" option in dev, and while I do like the idea of these locations becoming more valuable than they otherwise would be, I'm also getting the feeling they dilute the main item pool a bit too much (it feels like I'm getting way more green rupees, blue rupees, and hearts from regular item locations than I do normally, which feels bad).
My suggestion is to add a way to shuffle only a relatively small subset of these locations into the main pool. My preferred way would be to have a configurable percentage, so you could have, say, 10% or 20% of these hearts/rupees randomly selected to be shuffled into the item pool. So you still add value to those locations, without flooding the item pool with a bunch of low-value items. This could also possibly extend to the settings for shuffling pots and crates, although I don't know exactly how these settings work since I opted not to use them due to the same general concerns.
(Yes, I know the "overworld only" and "dungeon only" options exist, but I don't really like discriminating between different types of locations like that, and besides I don't actually know if it makes a big enough difference to address my concerns.)
We've discussed a few options that would accomplish something similar to what we think this is asking, but all of them have their own problems. For now, we'll keep this open to maybe come up with something that works well.
