Mod description menu still uses old background [1.20.5]

Instead of having white and black darker translucent pixels as the border for the top and bottom such as any other screen, the mod description menu still uses the old way pre 1.20.5. In other words, the mod description section did not update correctly to 1.20.5 removing the dirt background

It also has the old scroller and scroller background with the new one overlapped onto it. It looks like the new ui was just overlapped on the old one.

I removed the background and scroller with a resourcepack and this is what is left (the black gradient and scroller + scroller background shouldn't be here):
