Show people-specific contact info

The fabric.mod.json spec indicates that authors and contributors can be Person objects. While very rarely (if at all!) is it used, it would be useful to get contact info for someone specific from the menu itself.

I'd like this feature because I don't have one discord server and I kind of don't want to make one because I don't push my name out there much (should probably work on that) and so it's probably better to add contact info for myself rather than about the mod itself. Additionally, it would help improve compat with the spec.
