[Bug] weather2 cause error with Tiquality

Describe the bug It seems that Tiquality has a problem with the weather2 mod. This does not cause a crash, but an error in the logs.

To Reproduce The problem came about randomly. I did not execute any commands.

Which Forge version are you using? I use the latest version of Forge. Forge 1.12.2 v2860.
