Ctrl+C Non-Functional

As title suggests, Ctrl+C doesn't start a new line.

Affects 2.0.0 to 2.5.0-pre

Can you describe it more accurately？I tried in my project and it's work find. 'start a new line' seems shell behavior but not terminal emulator
