Thats jsut a problem with the bare server. How are you hosting this?

it is cbs, and most of my proxies are on it and work smoothly

what website would you recommend if not cbs, because vercel is only static and does not work for most proxies

Technically you can static host and just use a public bare server but most of them are blocked so im gonna suggest using render
