Query generator

Nice project! I started this a year or two ago (see https://github.com/julianhyde/tpcds) but never got the data generators working. Thanks for finishing it! I'm planning to use from within Apache Calcite's TpcdsSchema.

One of the things that is working in my tpcds is query generation. I have the templates and I substitute the variables based on the distributions using a random-number generator. See Query. Are you planning on doing this? Would you accept a pull request?

FYI, I'm working on this in https://github.com/julianhyde/teradata-tpcds/tree/23-query. I'll raise a PR when it's ready for review.
