Cannot connect to teradata from a ubuntu container

I have been trying to connect to teradata from my a ubuntu container. But, have constantly been thrown with the error. DataBaseIssue - Check for drivers installed and environment variables. Have checked all possible things and tried out stuffs from similar issues. Still no progress for me, please help on this.

Python version 3.6 from Anaconda. Container uses Ubuntu latest version and tried using CentOS as well.
