Rename tendrl-ssl.conf.sample to tendrl-ssl.conf.sample

SSL Configuration file for Web Administration (to be accessible via https protocol) has to be named in the way, that it will be alphabetically before the global ssl.conf file from a mod_ssl package. Otherwise, some configuration variables are overridden by the defaults from ssl.conf.

The proposal is, to name the file: 00_tendrl-ssl.conf.
