how to plot the 3D reconstruction as show in the README.md

The picture as show in README is beautiful, than may i ask how to get such a 3D reconstruction ? can you show the code in someway?

Thanks for your rapid reply. I ever used ITK-SNAP, but it can only show mask reconstruction. Do you know is there any code or open-source software can reconstruction the raw DICOM data in beautiful 3D dimension?
