Add SVG

According to https://remarkablewiki.com/tips/templates you also need a svg to add a new template.

Part of the reason I stopped working on this is that it needs to be recoded in SVG then rastered to canvas instead.

The code is very hacked together since I wrote a lot of it in 3 days as a proof of concept.
