What would you use this icon for?

Would be great to have alert-multiple icon (default and outline) and alert-multiple-cog icon (default and outline)

Give us an example of what this icon might look like.

I don't see a need for an alert-multiple-cog, but we can add an alert-cog and alert-multiple (if spacing works); with their corresponding outline variants.
