Add the ability to reorder dashboards

Right now, the dashboard list seems to be in a fixed order. It would be very useful for organization to be able to reorder dashboards at will.

A stopgap would be for the dashboards to be sorted by name; then you could use number prefixes to force an order, although clumsily. (the numbers would be visually distracting; take space away from the dashboard name; and inserting a new dashboard, or rearranging the list, would require a lot of renaming)
