Clearing cache doesn't show progress bar

Description

In previous version(before 9.3), while clearing cache there was an good animation which shown progress bar with % of completed work. Now its not available and its fully unclear how long it will take while doing process of clearing cache. Please revert it back, since it was super useful and user friendly.

Expected Behavior

While clearing cache, animation should show % of completed work before it will be not finished fully.

Actual Behavior

Shown simple label with text "please dont close page". (see photo)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to settings
2. Choose "Data and memory" category
3. Choose memory usage
4. Press "clear cache"

@ali-fareed hey! Actually is returned back in latest updates, but i dont know why you didn't react anyhow. So i can close it.
