[Feature Request] Allow setting of target language for message translation

The target language changes according to the interface language, currently.

Allow setting target language, then we can translate messages to languages that are not interface language.

New in version 4.3.2:

  • Enable message translations in Settings > Language.
  • Fast jump to the last updated topic.
  • Bug fixes and other minor improvements.

This feature has been implemented in Desktop version, but not for iOS.
