Add the ability to use Multiple windows on iPadOS

The Messages app on iPad has the ability to have multiple conversations open by simply opening a new window, or opening a contextual menu and selecting "Open in new Window". This ability allows you to have multiple instances of Telegram open at once, whether through Split View, Slide Over, or just multiple full screen instances.

Some ways Telegram would be more useful by having this feature include:

• Having two separate conversations on screen at once with Split View
• Quickly forking a group chat conversation with someone else into a private one using Slide Over without having to switch your focus away from the group chat
• Messaging multiple users while in another app, with one on screen at a time using Slide Over. Switching the window open to move between conversations
