Cannot receive notification.

Description

I am not receiving any push notifications. I have uploaded my APNS certification(.pem) to my.telegram.org. I use app_id and app_hash from my.telegram.org. I used the pem file to push some test notifications, it worked. I don't know how to check any other problem.

Expected Behavior

Notifications to come in when messages are received

Actual Behavior

No push notifications received. Only in-app notifications work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build with quick configuration guide on simulator or actual device.

Environment

Device: iPhone 16 pro

iOS version: 26

App version: I don't know how to see
