Pinned messages are hidden when connected to business chat bot

Description

pinned messages are hidden when connected to business bot.(Telegram Business - Chat bot)

Expected Behavior

pinned messages and business chat bot should be shown at the same time,just like desktop client does.

Actual Behavior

when connected to business chat bot,all pinned messages are hidden,and there is no way to let it show again unless I disconnect chat bot.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings - Telegram Business - Chat bot
2. Connect one business chat bot
3. Go to a dialog,send a message and pin it
4. You will find that the pinned message is not visible
