Link preview is not requesting in the correct language

Description

In an iphone with the app set to spanish, that the link preview is showing in english, when our application is returning the spanish data from our server

Expected Behavior

The text of the link preview to be in spanish

We are seeing this behavior with multiple devices.

How we are serving the data

In a browser environment like Chrome or Firefox we have tested this functionality and works, we handle the request with headers explicitly the "Accept-Language" header, We are not sure what's happening we would like some guidance, does Telegram send this header? I tried looking through the code but I haven't found anything.

I was looking for some guidance.
