From yesterday i started receiving phantom notifications of new messages, but in fact there isn't any messages. They still comes randomly..
Expected Behavior
Should be notified only with real sent message, not a ghost \ phantom one.
Actual Behavior
Getting randomly phantom notifications
Steps to Reproduce
- Use telegram desktop in read mode
- receive phantom notifications of new messages
Environment
Device: iPhone 7
iOS version: 15.6.1
App version: 10.3.1

dont know what excatly happened, but i made restart of my phone and now its working fine.
UPD (12.05.2024) - still randomly appears... and helps only rebooting the phone.
IDK how to reproduce, but they appears randomly, now even reboot phone doesn't help at all, it appears again and again.
Any thoughts why that happens? @laktyushin @ali-fareed
It happens to me too, on android, only on end to end encrypted chats. No desktop app involved though

Note: Fact that happens on Android and iOS makes me think is a backend thing
