live stream is always played horizontally by OBS

Steps to reproduce

1, create live stream

2, start push stream by obs

obs version

Expected behaviour

this is video size is 1080x1920, on mobile (ios/android) and PC, live video should be played vertically

Actual behaviour

On the mobile phone (ios/android) and PC side, the live video is actually played horizontally, and the video is distorted

What's more, no matter what size the video is, the end result is played at 1280x720

I have the same issue. I had the same problem using both Telegram and 64gram. I also tried streaming from OBS to restream.io and then sending that to Telegram but the result was the same. Telegram doesn't offer any way to force resolution of incoming live streams, OBS is simply not sending the stream in the correct resolution/aspect ratio. This is very frustrating because it means you can't optimize an OBS stream for phone viewers on Telegram
