Share View Always Requires Unlock

Description

If Telegram has local passcode enabled, whenever you share to the app, for example from Safari, it will ask for the passcode, no matter the main app being locked or unlock

Expected Behavior

If main Telegram app is unlocked, the share view shouldn't ask for the passcode

Actual Behavior

The share view always asks for the passcode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to settings and enabled passcode lock
2. Disable auto lock (so that it doesn't lock while testing)
3. Without locking Telegram, go to Safari and open a random page
4. Press share, and select Telegram
5. Observe - it asks you for the passcode despite Telegram being unlocked
