Add support for NASA's OpenMCT

We should write a plugin for OpenMCT to make it work with Telemachus Reborn. There was one, but it seems to be broken on modern version of Telemachus and OpenMCT.

I've done a python script working as a bridge between the telemachus api and a custom openmct server. Not exactly what you're looking for, but I've got experience working with OpenMCT and Telemachus, so maybe we could work on getting something done if you're interested.
