Use it on local server

Hi, I'm wondering if it can be used on local server, instead of AWS or EBI? Thank you!

It is certainly possible to run locally. Please see documentation and previous issue for the needed file structure and programs etc. Also, I understand that it is possible to build a docker to export from an AWS instance, if you want to avoid fiddling with paths and installing programs. I have not experience with this myself.
