Ability to replace "Application Groups" and "ResourceGroups" with user defined terms in the UI

"Application Groups" and "Resource Groups" can now be replaced in the UI with other terms defined in ice.properties.

E.g. In ice.properties:

# Term to use instead of resource groups.
ice.resourceGroup=Component

# Term to use instead of application groups.
ice.applicationGroup=Project

If these are not defined, ice defaults to what it was currently doing.
