ice Upgrade dependencies

Proposal to upgrade few dependencies with latest version as long as it does not require major code changes.

The problem with upgrading MapDB to the latest is that the store format is incompatible between 0.9 and 1.x. It doesn't matter for fresh installations, but if you have a an existing DB of resources, then you won't be able to access it after upgrading MapDB. Unless you convert it to the new format, that is.
