Allow delete with env arg

Allows the DELETE header to be allowed

I just stumbled upon this PR and yeah, this is a pretty elementary feature as a lot of the Docker Engine endpoints are based on the DELETE HTTP verb. See for example: https://docs.docker.com/reference/api/engine/version/v1.52/
