Current behavior
Currently, the system tries to pull Jellyfin from the ghcr.io/onedr0p/jellyfin but onedr0p removed Jellyfin from their repo list.
Expected behavior
Change the default repo for Jellyfin from ghcr.io/onedr0p/jellyfin to jellyfin/jellyfin and the tag from rolling to latest

Hey Aaron thanks! The repo is a bit of a mess right now. Im considering a full re-write to avoid the hell that is Helm templates.
What would you replace Helm with?
Regardless, I hope you do update this repo as it is so close to amazing. Your approach with documentation has been greatly appreciated.

We would still use Helm, but not Helm charts, directly.
