On the [about](https://techforpalestine.org/about/) Page, we should link to the Incubator at the bottom instead of the projects page.

It seems like we changed the URL of /projects/ to /project/ at some point, and the original link to /projects doesn’t work. I think we should make a redirect from /project/ to /projects/ and make /projects the default link for the projects page.
