German translation leaking through a window

I have noticed that the german translation leaks through the EmuGUI settings window that warns you about restarting EmuGUI, this isnt a serious bug, but still something that might be a tiny bit annoying to certain people

Well, I initially planned this to be in several languages, but forgot to list it in the translation documents. Sorry. I'll find a solution.
