Retrieve card ID from PR title

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be useful if this action could identify the Teamwork card related to the PR from the PR title, rather than needing a full link in the PR description.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to just set the PR title to something like 12341234 Add X feature and the action can identify the related card from that.
