[Idea] Disable voice search button for search and "watch on TV" stuff (when cast is disabled)

Description I do not use voice search, nor do I want to watch stuff on a TV via cast (I have everything related to casting disabled, but the option will appear in settings).

I also have long search bar enabled and the create button forcibly disabled. I'd love to have just a search bar with no voice button.

Attach images/videos if possible. Also add any links to possible other applications with the said feature already implemented.
