[Bug] Manufacturer/Model override does not work

Bug description I tired to override the default device settings on my Zenfone Max 3 to get AVC playback instead of VP9 becaus support for the later on that device is broken. But it didn't work, the device id and video format didn't change when i checked the statistics screen. Deleting cache for the app or restarting the phone did not solve this either. I also tried using this feature on my Samsung J6 and found out it doesn't work on that device as well.

Variant Non-Root (both devices)

Vanced version 16.16.38 - Build - 01.51.00 (Hungarian)

Android version J6 - Android 10.0 Zenfone 3 Max - Android 8.1.0

Device Samsung Galaxy J6 (sm-j600fn/ds) Asus Zenfone Max 3 (ZC520TL)

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the error:

1. Open the app with developer settings enabled.
2. Go to Codec override and use one of the presets or enter a manufacturer and model by hand.
3. Open a video, open stats to see if the device model and video codec have changed.

Expected behavior Device manufacturer/model or video codec should change, but it doesn't happen and they stay on the default settings regardless of override.
