[Bug] 16.14.34 onwards max resolution doesn't work for portrait videos

Bug description 16.14 upwards has a bug so I'm current using 16.02.35 and i can play 4k resolution in portrait vids (9:16) by using exoplayer v1 but when 16.14 came, the exoplayer settings was gone and i can't watch 9:16 vids in 4k or even 1080p, i can only play vids in 480p

Vanced version v16.14.38 onwards

Android version Android 7

Device Oppo F3 Android 7.0

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the error:

1. Open the app
2. Click on '....'
3. ....

Expected behavior Playing 1080p/4k 9:16 vids if the max resolution option is checked, but 480 was the max reso even if the max resolution is checked
