On Game Restart REPENTOGON Config Doesn't Save

When I restart the game, all the config in my repentogon menu does not save except for the ones specified in options.ini.

Is there any workaround to this, or is it a device-dependent bug?

Not all options save, I assume you mean the menu in the debug console, which specific option are you interested in thats not saving?
