Error when logging in on iOS

Describe the bug

When logging in or registering on some iOS browsers you will an Invalid request sent. pop-up message.

To Reproduce

1. Open Brave, Duckduckgo or Safari (Not sure on Safari, I wasn't able to reproduce) on iOS
2. Go to a Piped instance and try to login or register

Expected behavior

Logging in / registering normally

Logs/Errors

No dev tools on iOS

Browser, and OS with Version.

Duckduckgo 7.66.3, Brave 1.34.1 on iOS 15.4.1

Another user reported the same issue on Safari, however I couldn't reproduce.

Yeah I'm experiencing this issue too, I'm not able to log into my account on my phone (on main instance)

I'm having this issue too, even in projects like Yattee (https://github.com/yattee/yattee).

I am not getting an error popup in Brave, the button to login or register just doesn't do anything.
