[Youtube] Support subscription_center links

They are link to subscribe to the channel

Format: https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=USER_ID

Example https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=hardiskblog -> https://www.youtube.com/user/hardiskblog

Browsing twitter I came across a type of link which on YouTube opens the channel and ask you to subscribe

NewPipe doesn’t support opening subscription_center type of links. It should open those links as if it was a channel URL link
