Suggestion: Add the ability to sort comments by date/popularity etc.

The users would find it useful to be able to sort comments on a video page.

This was suggested before at NewPipe's Github page: https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipe/issues/3115

I am opening this issue here since this would allow Piped instances to make use of it.
