SM OR - Programs Linkage is not correctly done

Create a new contract with multiple Programs (with multiple episodes each) -> Add a new group -> Select all episodes -> Press on Link Button Actual Result: Not all episodes are linked to the group; only the first line/program has all episodes linked while all the others have only the first episode assigned. See programs.jpg screenshot below. Expected Result: Since all episode were selected, pressing on Link button should link all of them to the group
