DPI scaling should be dynamically set

I use a Surface tablet sometimes with an external screen, sometimes without. 
Windows 8.1 dynamically scales the DPI of the display depending on which screen 
I screen I have the texworks window, since the internal screen has 200+ dpi, 
while my external one has the standard 100.

In TexWorks I have to set the DPI manually, meaning that the PDF scaling works 
badly when I switch from a session on the internal display to the external one 
(i.e. everythign looks 2x bigger than is should be).

Would it be possible to have an option to read the current DPI of the window 
PDF preview windows and adjust it automatically?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
