Find and Find&Replace behaviour like gedit (feature request)

One thing that I really miss in texworks is gedit way of Find and Find&Replace. 
In gedit, for example, when you choose Find&Replace from menu, a window opens 
up that you can put the "search term" and the "substitute term". The buttons of 
this window contains "Find" and "Replace". After you enter the find and the 
replace term and push the find button, gedit doesn't close the Find&Replace 
window. It highlight all found words with the first matching phrase highlighted 
in a different color. Then if you push "Replace", it will be replaced, and if 
you push "Find", gedit will jump to the next found phrase. Please see the

I think this is an important point. By now the functions of Find and Find&Replace is fairly standard in all editors and that of TeXworks is currently not adequate.
