[NEW-FEATURE] Investigate implementation of logging in Blazor

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We would like to log stuff in Blazor.

Describe the solution you'd like Investigate logging implementation in WPF and transfer it to Blazor. Look at different providers for logs -- logging into Mongo, Notepad or Console and how can we choose, which one we want.

Look into Blazor libraries and components and add missing logging methods for commands and other stuff. Align it with WPF libraries.
