Works on python3 and some bugfixes

HI It will work on python3 at the moment and the below bug has been fixed.

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/tmp/Chankro/chankro.py", line 66, in head = "<?php\n $hook = '" + encoded_bicho + "';\n" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TypeError: can only concatenate str (not "bytes") to str
