Vue: Scroll stutters/gets stuck when scrolling up
Describe the bug
We're experiencing an issue that when scrolling back up you get stuck on a item, when using dynamic sizes.
It can easily be reproduced by scrolling a bit down in the dynamic vue example and then trying to scroll back up.
I've tried to find the cause for this but have been unable to

Steps to reproduce
- Go to https://tanstack.com/virtual/latest/docs/framework/vue/examples/dynamic
- Scroll a bit down
- Try to scroll up slowly
Expected behavior
I'm expecting to be able to scroll up

Additional context
If you scroll fast it tends to work better, but we're using this on mobile and the users do slow scrolls/swipes back up

I'm not entirely sure, but it seems to be effective
can confirm the bug as well in Firefox 144.0 chrome seems to be working for us, maybe its fixed there now
