[solid-query] Queries with `isInvalidated: true` won't get refetched on mount

Steps to reproduce
- Click on "Go to other page" (when you initialy start it might fail with a hydration error. just press ctrl+shift+r to hard reload)
- Open Network tab in dev tools
- Click on "Invalidate query"
- Click on "Go back"
- You can observe that no request is made
Expected behavior
Queries should be refetched when they have been invalided in unmounted state as they get mounted again.
