Welsh UDpipe model

Hello, since there wasn't a model for Welsh, I have trained one myself using the train file shipped with the UD Welsh Treebank 2.5 You can find it here:

Hi, thanks for expanding the support for other languages. :smile: Unfortunately, the link you have provided does not work because it points to a private repository. If you do not wish to make the repository public, please try hosting the model file on some other service, for example, Google Drive.

Would you like to license the model under the same license as the Welsh UD treebank license or some other?
