Watson doesn't support Russian?

It looks like Watson doesn't fully support Russian. Commands such as log and aggregate do not display characters correctly:

but the projects command works correctly:

Maybe a problem with your terminal emulator: see cmderdev/cmder#2126.

I have set the correct encoding in the cmder settings and the text is still displayed incorrectly.

I'm unable to recreate the log/aggregate issues. I can see (what I hope is hello) in my terminal.
